Wore these on a muddy walk and the suede wiped clean with a damp cloth, no staining at all. The soles have just enough grip for driving without feeling clunky when I walk into the office.

The suede actually shed water when I spilled coffee on them — wiped right off. Really comfortable for driving too, the sole flexes just enough on the pedals.

Wore these through a rainy farmers market and my feet stayed completely dry, which I honestly wasn't expecting from suede. The rubber nubs on the sole give just enough grip without feeling clunky, and they were comfortable straight out of the box with no break-in.
